SPRING CONVERSION SYSTEM

 

The Race Tech Spring Conversion System (SCS) transforms air spring forks found on Kawasaki KX450, Suzuki RMZ250/450, Honda CRF250 and KTM/Husqvarna WP AER 48 to a coil spring.

Most riders prefer the feel of a coil spring over an air spring. These kits are designed to transform your air forks into an SFF (single function fork) style coil spring fork. 

Installation is a "drop-in." Typically done in less than an hour.

For the ultimate in performance select a complete Gold Valve Kit and install it using Ultra Slick USF-05 Suspension Fluid.

Spring Conversion Stealth Kits
WP 48mm AER Forks

RT Fork Spring Conversions have been improving ride quality for all the Air Forks for years now. The only problem is they can't be used in the Stock AMA Classes because it looks different externally.

This Fork Spring Conversion solves that problem for WP 48mm AER Forks. It makes it totally legal with an adapter that uses the stock cap. This makes them look original from the outside.
